CRM and E-Commerce Manager
Location: Manchester / Hybrid
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 DOE
CCR are looking for a CRM E-Commerce Manager to join our amazing, fast-growing client in the automotive sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled marketing strategist to drive customer engagement and retention. The role involves developing, managing, and optimising CRM campaigns to enhance customer experiences, increase revenue, and build long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the eCommerce CRM strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Analyse customer journeys and implement data-driven strategies to enhance the shopping experience.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with seasonal promotions and product launches.
- Create targeted campaigns based on customer behaviours, purchase history, and preferences.
- Test and refine subject lines, email templates, and call-to-actions to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Maintain customer data integrity within the CRM, ensuring compliance with GDPR/CCPA and other regulations.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Work closely with eCommerce, design, and content teams to create compelling CRM campaign assets.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align CRM efforts with paid campaigns.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in CRM Management, with a strong focus on eCommerce.
- Experience in B2C CRM, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Experience managing CRM lists of 1M+ subscribers.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento).
