We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients/customers via phone, email, and chat and other social channels.
· Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback and assist in document translation.
· Communication: Liaise with delivery teams to ensure clear communication and efficient service execution.
· Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and relay this information to the management team whilst responding to the customer needs.
Qualifications
· Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. This will be tested during the interview process.
· Experience: Previous experience in customer service
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues effectively.
· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
